We all have limited time when we head to the fair, so here’s a few simple things to help you prepare for Your Sydney Fair – maximise the time that you have and don’t miss a thing!

REGISTRATION: Pre-register online if you’re a new visitor. Otherwise, bring along your Gift Industry Card, scan and print out your badge for easy entry.
PRE-PLAN: Check out the Exhibitor Directory on our website  – where you can view the full exhibitor list, see who the new exhibitors are, shortlist exhibitors and products, create your individual show planner and even make appointments with exhibitors. We also now have the trade guide ONLINE, so you can flip through the pages before you grab your hard copy.

 

MAP YOUR WAY: Pick up your onsite Supplement complete with the latest list of exhibitors and show features.

Fair Accommodation  

TALK TO THE EXPERTS: Take a few minutes to talk to our experts on the show floor. Located at SYDNEY SESSIONS in Hall 1, our experts can answer any of your questions about social media marketing, retail sales tips and how to make your purchases at the fair work for you. Arrive at any time and ask our roving experts the questions that relate to you and your business.
WALK ON THE GRASS: Walk into our BAR on the GREEN, enjoy a break and view our exhibitor product showcase.
FOLLOW US: Join us on Facebook and Twitter and keep up to speed on supplier specials, new product launch information and offers.
LOOK TO THE NEW YEAR: 2014 is already set to be a big year at Reed Gift Fairs, especially for our Sydney fairs as we move to the Sydney Exhibition Centre at Glebe Island Peninsula. We will continue to deliver our premium fairs at an impressive new harbourside location purpose built for us, only minutes from Darling Harbour. Stay and eat where you always have; we’ll have dedicated transport available from locations across the city. We will keep you updated to ensure you’re ready for February!
